Frequently Asked Questions
Do we get to select the music that gets used in our creative highlights film?

Although we can’t use specific songs or popular mainstream tracks due to licensing restrictions, we’d love to hear about the genres or vibes you’re drawn to. We work with fully licensed music, which allows us to select tracks that legally fit your film’s tone while ensuring high production quality. Instrumental music tends to work best, as it blends beautifully with dialogue and visuals without overpowering the story.

How many hours of coverage will I need for my wedding day?

To tell the full story of your day, We recommend at least 6 hours of coverage. This typically allows enough time to film everything from the getting-ready moments through the key parts of the reception. Unless there’s a planned grand exit or a unique event at the very end, coverage usually isn’t needed for the final hour(s).

We love the style of your work but we have seen other wedding films that are different and we like those, too. Can you replicate another filmmaker's style for our video?

If there's something specific you want let us know and we will forthright about our thoughts and ability to comply. We cannot complete emulate a specific style that looks nothing like the examples of our work. We would recommend you book a videographer whose style you like best.

What is required to book my wedding date?

To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer of 40% is required upfront. The remaining balance will be divided and due four days before your event. For bookings made within three months of the wedding, a non-refundable retainer equal to two-thirds of the total package price is required.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo and Apple Pay, with easy online payment options available.
We love the idea of drone footage but how much will actually get used in the video?

We'll incorporate as much drone footage as is tasteful to beautifully enhance your film. Please note that drone usage is subject to weather conditions—such as rain or high winds—and may be restricted by FAA regulations or local airspace restrictions set by government authorities.
